I’m Helen, I'm a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and psychosexual therapist. I hope you will find here the information you are looking for about my work with individuals or couples, adults and adolescents, or my work as a supervisor, trainer and facilitator.

I offer a range of counselling and psychotherapy services and work to support my clients with their wellbeing related to a range of issues.

I teach Counselling & Psychotherapy and design custom CPD training for therapists and organisations. More

In couples therapy, I help you address communication issues, unmet potential, or changes affecting your relationship

Supervision

I offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, using my integrative, creative approach to support your professional growth. More

Fees & Location

Working In-Person

My practice is based in Walthamstow, E17.

Working Online

The majority of my work is in-person; however I do work online, via Zoom and by telephone and find this particularly useful for those who travel a lot, people with unusual working patterns, and for some individual needs and presentations. A hybrid pattern can be discussed.

£95 per session for individual psychotherapy
£125 per session for couples
Psychosexual (as above)
Supervision £75 per session

I am registered with all the major private healthcare insurance providers.
I reserve a number of reduced cost places for low income earners, - please ask about availability.

Sessions are held weekly, or twice-weekly, for 50 minutes. The work is often open ended, meaning an end date is not set at the beginning. However, there are times when it is useful to set an end date, so that is something that we can decide on together.
